Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This policy explains how to raise a return, refund, exchange, or cancellation request for AmeeraBeauty orders. Eligibility and timing are assessed under this policy and applicable Jordanian law; contact us promptly after delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

For a discretionary return, the product should be unused, unworn, unopened where it has a hygiene seal, in its original packaging, and complete with accessories. Please provide the order number or other proof of purchase. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Hygiene and Safety

Lashes and beauty products that have been opened, used, worn, altered, or are no longer in their original hygienic condition may be ineligible for discretionary return for health and hygiene reasons, except where law requires otherwise or the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video where reasonably needed. We will assess the issue and the remedy available under applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, worn, altered, incomplete, or hygiene-unsealed products may not qualify for a discretionary return. This restriction does not remove remedies for defective or incorrect goods or other mandatory rights.

How to Request a Return

Contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item; contacting us does not by itself guarantee approval.

Return Shipping

We will explain the available return-shipping arrangement when assessing the request. Responsibility for costs depends on the reason for the return and applicable law; we do not impose the cost of correcting our own error where law requires us to bear it.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will ordinarily use the original payment method where reasonably possible, subject to the payment provider and applicable law. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will communicate the approved refund method to the customer.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be initiated within a reasonable period; final posting times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellations

A cancellation request may be possible before fulfillment or shipping, depending on order status and operational feasibility. Once shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return rules may apply instead.

Promotional and Free Items

An eligible refund is based on the amount actually paid. A free promotional item has no separately paid purchase price. Promotional conditions may affect the assessment of a partial return where legally and operationally applicable.

Buy One Get One Free Orders

For a Buy One Get One Free order, a partial return may require reassessment of the promotion where legally and operationally applicable. A purchase-price refund cannot exceed the amount actually paid for the order; mandatory legal remedies remain unaffected.

Discounted Items

Where a discounted item is eligible for refund, the amount is based on the price actually paid rather than the undiscounted price, subject to applicable law.

Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges and return shipping may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from an error attributable to AmeeraBeauty, such as an incorrect or defective product.

Exchanges

Please contact us to request an exchange. Availability depends on stock, product condition, the reason for exchange, and applicable law. We will explain the available remedy after reviewing the request.

Consumer Rights Under Jordanian Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives mandatory consumer rights under applicable Jordanian law, including remedies for defective goods. We do not state a universal statutory return window for these products.
